We meet the business experts early on to understand interactions, resource flows and work processes. The product’s positioning, its monetisation and the expected return on investment are part of the discussion.

Specifications

They link the business need to the technical delivery: context, constraints, features and wireframes for each screen. This shared basis makes it possible to estimate the project and understand what is at stake.

Backward planning

Our roadmap takes into account everyone’s constraints, production times and deliverables. It keeps the flexibility needed to deal with the unexpected. Don’t count on us to make you false promises.

02DESIGN

Design the interfaces. Validate the uses.

UI/UX and graphic design

Functional mock-ups define the journeys, interactions and usability choices. We respect your visual identity: logo, typefaces, colours and brand values. Interfaces are discussed and approved with you.

Accessibility from the start

Readability, contrast, navigation and adaptation to computers, smartphones and tablets are considered from the very first screens. The goal is an interface that as many people as possible can understand and use.

03DELIVERY

Build, test and adjust in batches.

Front-end and development

Once the mock-ups are approved, we build the interfaces and develop the features with the technology best suited to the project. Responsive behaviour is planned from the design stage for every device.

Quality and handover

The code must be understandable and maintainable by a new contributor. Branch management, technical documentation and, depending on the project, continuous integration and deployment structure the work.

Interim acceptance testing

Each delivered batch is tested against a shared test plan. We check that it works; you check that it meets business expectations. Issues, fixes and regression checks keep everyone informed of progress.

04LAUNCH

Validate in real conditions. Prepare what comes next.

Going live

We prepare the infrastructure and test the application with you in real conditions. Final acceptance and your approval trigger the public or internal launch. The transition is planned to limit disruption.

Hosting and maintenance

Stay focused on your business: we can take care of hosting, domain names and maintenance. Support and new features are organised according to the agreed terms to keep your application running over time.
