Direct contacts
You talk to the people who design, develop and run your product, in Bordeaux. Nobody stands between your need and the code.
[ OUR COMMITMENTS ]Principles.
Principles.
That you can check.
What you can expect from Kasual, whatever format you choose: concrete commitments rather than grand promises.
Choices explained
Build, integrate or adapt: options are weighed against effort, risk and your ability to keep them running. Decisions and their reasons are documented.
AI when it helps
AI is never a must. When it is useful, its results are checked, and the data sent to an external service is chosen with you.
Saying what remains uncertain
A timeline or budget is only announced after analysis. What remains uncertain is stated rather than hidden.
A transferable product
Code, documentation and access are organised so that your product can keep living, with us or with another team.
